Remodel Recycle Reduce = RESPECT

• Choose Energy Star rated appliances, which will use less energy.
• Cabinets from Bamboo and reclaimed wood are handsome choices. Fiberboard or particleboard could be less expensive.
• Install a beautiful alternative to shiny granite: recycled-content glass countertops.
• Get a water filter as an alternative to buying bottled water.
• Take advantage of natural light with well-placed windows, skylights.
• Keep the refrigerator out of the sunlight and away from the oven.
• Eco-friendly lighting including Energy Star lighting, solar Lighting, dark sky lighting, LED lighting, and fluorescent lighting.

Luxury Construction works with paints, sealers and caulks that emit little or no VOCs. We also work with milk base and water base paints as well.

Luxury Construction works with bamboo flooring, and with wood harvested from sustainable forests. You can also get hardwoods made from salvaged or reclaimed wood or FSC certified lumber.

Luxury Construction installs ventilation fans which will prevent mold growth. We also install low-flow showerheads, toilets, and lavatory faucets. Recycled-content tile is eco-friendly and increasingly available. Natural stone and marble are also good choices.

Luxury Construction always reuses or donates our demolished materials. We also do our marketing via e-mail and e-fax.
